Managing reports in Salesforce can become overwhelming—especially when your org contains hundreds or even thousands of reports spread across multiple folders.

Deleting reports one by one is not only repetitive but also consumes valuable admin time.

Let’s look at some common limitations in Salesforce Report management:

  • Can you bulk manage report fields in a single click?
  • Can you remove multiple reports at the same time directly from Salesforce Setup?
  • Can you delete reports in bulk without opening each report individually?

Unfortunately, the answer is No.

Salesforce’s standard report management does not support bulk deletion or mass report operations. Admins are forced to manually open reports or folders one by one to perform cleanup tasks.

That’s where the BOFC (Bulk Object Field Creator) app helps simplify the process.

With BOFC, Salesforce admins can delete multiple reports in just a few clicks—saving hours of manual effort and improving org maintenance efficiency.

Steps to Delete Multiple Reports Using BOFC

Follow these simple steps to bulk delete reports in Salesforce.

Step 1: Open the BOFC Home > Click “Delete Multiple Reports”

Final Thoughts

Salesforce reporting is powerful, but managing reports manually at scale can become inefficient very quickly.

Instead of deleting reports one at a time, Salesforce admins can use BOFC (Bulk Object Field Creator) to streamline report cleanup and manage reports more efficiently.

Bulk operations help teams save time, reduce clutter, and maintain a healthier Salesforce environment.
