How to add mass custom fields as “Columns” in multiple List Views in few clicks?

Add Custom Fields in ListView

Are You Still Manually Updating Salesforce List Views?

Let’s ask a few critical questions:

  • Can you add multiple custom fields as columns to multiple List Views in a single click?

  • Can you update fields across several List Views at once?

  • Can you remove fields from multiple List Views in bulk?

The answer is a BIG NO — not with Salesforce standard functionality.

For any Salesforce Admin, handling these tasks manually means opening every List View one by one and making the same changes repeatedly — a tedious, time-consuming process prone to human error.
