Clone Global Picklist ValueSet in Salesforce

Replicate Standardized Picklist Values Across Orgs in Minutes

Global Picklist Value Sets help Salesforce teams maintain consistent picklist values across multiple fields and objects. They are essential for enforcing data quality, reporting accuracy, and standardized business processes.

But recreating or migrating Global Value Sets manually across environments can be time-consuming and prone to inconsistencies.

BOFC (Bulk Object Field Creator) enables admins to clone Global Picklist ValueSets in Salesforce quickly and accurately — across the current org or external orgs — in just a few clicks.

No manual rebuilding. No missing values. No configuration drift.

What BOFC Global Value Set Cloning Delivers

Clone Global Picklist Value Sets in Bulk

BOFC allows administrators to clone multiple Global Value Sets simultaneously without manually recreating picklist values one by one. This significantly reduces setup time for large Salesforce implementations and multi-org environments.

Preserve Value Ordering, Labels, and API Names

Maintain the exact structure of your Global Value Sets during cloning, including picklist value sequence, labels, API names, and active/inactive statuses. This ensures consistency across applications, automations, and integrations.

Replicate Value Sets Across Current or External Orgs

Easily migrate Global Value Sets between sandbox, UAT, developer, and production orgs — including external Salesforce environments. This simplifies deployments and configuration synchronization across teams.

Clone Multiple Value Sets in One Operation

Save administrative effort by selecting and cloning multiple Global Value Sets together instead of handling each individually. Ideal for enterprise orgs with extensive shared picklist configurations.

Ensure Consistent Data Standards Enterprise-Wide

Maintain standardized picklist values and naming conventions across all departments, business units, and Salesforce environments. This helps improve reporting accuracy, data quality, and governance.

Reduce Repetitive Metadata Setup

Eliminate repetitive manual configuration work involved in rebuilding Global Value Sets across orgs. BOFC automates the process, minimizes human errors, and accelerates metadata management activities.
