Clone List View in Salesforce

Replicate List Views Across Objects and Orgs in Minutes

List Views are central to how Salesforce users work every day. Sales reps, support agents, and operations teams rely on customized list views to find, filter, and act on records quickly. But recreating the same list views across objects, teams, or orgs is tedious and repetitive.

BOFC (Bulk Object Field Creator) enables admins to clone list view in Salesforce, allowing bulk list views to be replicated instantly within the same org or across external orgs.

No manual rebuilding. No missed filters. No inconsistent views.

What BOFC’s Bulk List View Cloning Delivers

Clone Standard and Custom List Views

BOFC allows you to clone both standard and custom Salesforce list views quickly without manually recreating filters and configurations. This helps streamline user setup and improves operational efficiency.

Preserve Filters, Columns, and Sort Order

Maintain all list view settings including filter criteria, selected columns, chart settings, and sorting preferences during the cloning process. This ensures users get the exact same working view experience.

Replicate List View Visibility and Sharing

Clone list view sharing settings and visibility configurations to maintain proper access for teams, roles, or public groups across environments.

Clone Multiple List Views in One Operation

Save significant administrative time by cloning multiple list views simultaneously instead of configuring them individually. Ideal for organizations managing large numbers of business-specific views.

Move List Views Across Current or External Orgs

Easily migrate list views between sandbox, developer, UAT, and production orgs — including external Salesforce environments. Simplify deployment and environment synchronization processes.

Maintain Consistent User Productivity Views

Ensure users across teams and environments have access to standardized list views for consistent productivity, reporting visibility, and operational workflows.

Incredible time saver

We merged a couple of orgs, and this saved us a ton of time cleaning up fields which became surplus. We also leveraged the Bulk update FLS capabilities as a quick way to access and change.

Greet Set of Tools

BOFC really is a tremendous set of tools that can greatly accelerate build times, documentation, etc. It saved the day on a complicated Org Migration and has been a valuable tool on subsequent projects – allowing us to turn a data matrix into new fields with a few clicks, provide thorough object/field documentation in a user friendly format, and other benefits that have helped accelerate our efforts. Highly recommend for the price point the value here makes it a no brainer.

Does what it says on - the tin...

Create bulk object in Salesforce with Bulk Object Field Creator. This is a great time saver and it greatly simplifies the process of managing custom fields. It does exactly what the developers say it will.

I’ve only just started using it but it has been a great help already. As an administrator that also takes up the slack for low level development of our Org. Bulk Object Field Creator is really beneficial. Not having to navigate through endless screens removes confusion (reducing errors) as well as saving time.

I give it a big thumbs up. If I was a consultant this would be gold.
