Compare Salesforce Permission Sets Side by Side

Compare Salesforce Permission Sets without opening each one individually, cross-referencing screens, and hoping nothing gets missed. Salesforce provides no native way to view Permission Set differences side by side, making access reviews slow, error-prone, and dependent on manual effort.

BOFC delivers a structured matrix comparison view that surfaces every object, field, tab, app, and system permission difference across multiple Permission Sets at once, natively inside Salesforce, with no code or external tools required.

Compare Salesforce Permission Sets with Complete Visibility

🔲 Side-by-Side Matrix Comparison

Multiple Permission Sets are displayed in a structured matrix view, allowing direct comparison of object permissions, field-level access, tab visibility, app settings, and system permissions without switching between Salesforce setup pages.

⚡ Compare Multiple Permission Sets at Once

Permission Set comparisons are not limited to two sets at a time. BOFC supports simultaneous comparison of several Permission Sets in a single operation, significantly reducing the time required for access reviews and security audits.

🔍 Instant Permission Difference Detection

Differences in access levels, missing permissions, and configuration inconsistencies across Permission Sets are surfaced immediately. Reduces the risk of undetected misconfigurations before deployment or after org changes.

🔀 Cross-Org and Same-Org Comparison

Permission Set comparisons can be performed within the same Salesforce org or across separate environments including Sandbox, UAT, and Production. Supports multi-org validation without manual exports or third-party tools.

✅ Pre-Deployment Access Validation

Teams can verify Permission Set configurations before deploying to production, reducing the likelihood of unexpected access issues or permission disruptions following a release.

🖱️ Zero-Code Operation

Permission Set comparison is performed entirely within the Salesforce interface using BOFC. No Metadata API configuration, XML handling, or developer involvement is required at any stage.

Incredible time saver

We merged a couple of orgs, and this saved us a ton of time cleaning up fields which became surplus. We also leveraged the Bulk update FLS capabilities as a quick way to access and change.

Greet Set of Tools

BOFC really is a tremendous set of tools that can greatly accelerate build times, documentation, etc. It saved the day on a complicated Org Migration and has been a valuable tool on subsequent projects – allowing us to turn a data matrix into new fields with a few clicks, provide thorough object/field documentation in a user friendly format, and other benefits that have helped accelerate our efforts. Highly recommend for the price point the value here makes it a no brainer.

Does what it says on - the tin...

Create bulk object in Salesforce with Bulk Object Field Creator. This is a great time saver and it greatly simplifies the process of managing custom fields. It does exactly what the developers say it will.

I’ve only just started using it but it has been a great help already. As an administrator that also takes up the slack for low level development of our Org. Bulk Object Field Creator is really beneficial. Not having to navigate through endless screens removes confusion (reducing errors) as well as saving time.

I give it a big thumbs up. If I was a consultant this would be gold.
