How to Export Custom Settings in Salesforce within few clicks?

    Few Simple Steps to Export Custom Settings in Salesforce

    1. Open the BOFC Home > Click “Export Custom Settings”.

    2. It will open below screen for Manage Custom Settings.

    Above image has many features (each number has its description as below):

    1. Select the Type of Entity as Custom Settings.
    2. Select the Custom Setting(s) from the dropdown.
    3. Can select Object Details, All Standard Fields and All Custom Fields from the “Select What to Export(s) by checking the checkbox.”
    4. After completing the above 3 steps just click on the “Click to Initiate Export” Button.

    3. Once “Click to Initiate Export” button is clicked, it will display a table with the Export Status. Just wait for few seconds for the Process to Complete. Once the process is completed, it will display a “Download” link in the action column.

    4. Click on “Download” Link in the first column of the table and open the downloaded file. The screen looks like the below image.
